MOL Chemical Tankers acquires stake in Den Harthogh

March 26, 2019 – Den Hartogh Logistics and MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. in Singapore (MOLCT) announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop and streamline liquid chemical logistics services utilizing tank containers, parcel chemical tankers and tank terminals. Lexence has advised Den Hartogh with the acquisition.
