Lexence has assisted BMS as a vendor in the partnership of Holmris B8 and Bigbrands
Holmris B8, a leading Northern European specialist in interior solutions for the professional market, has acquired the Rotterdam-based company BigBrands. With this acquisition, BigBrands becomes part of the Holmris B8 Group, strengthening the group’s position in the Netherlands as part of its European growth strategy. The acquisition is built on a strong cultural and professional fit. Both companies share a common way of working, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and long-term customer relationships. Founded by Herjan Meloen, BigBrands is a well-established player in the Dutch Office and Hospitality markets and employs 22 people. Herjan Meloen will continue as Managing Partner of the Dutch organization.
