Lexence advised Endeit Capital on its investment in Aethon.
Endeit Capital has completed its investment in Aethon, a Dutch technology company that specialises in mediating and training flexible professionals in vital sectors such as healthcare, childcare, education and government. With this growth financing, Aethon aims to accelerate the development of its AI-driven workforce platform, Aelio, among other things. This platform offers organisations a single centralised system for smart staff matching, real-time planning and compliance, among other things. It also enables them to deal with staff shortages more efficiently.
Aelio is already used by more than 100 organisations to fill vacant positions more quickly and increase employee satisfaction, among other things. In addition to technological innovation, Aethon is also investing in expanding its training offerings so that more people can be made employable for social functions through training and targeted guidance.
Among other things, the investment will enable Aethon to further expand its technology and broaden its impact.
