Lexence acted as legal counsel in the acquisition of Taxperience by Crowe Foederer Holding B.V.
Lexence acted as legal counsel to the sellers in the share transaction in which the shareholders sold the entire equity interest in Taxperience Group to Crowe Foederer.
Taxperience, based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch and specialising in tax advice, joins Crowe Foederer with this acquisition. The transaction marks another step in the growth and further integration of both organisations within the Dutch advisory market.
Lexence advised the sellers on all legal aspects of the transaction, including structuring, drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation and coordinating the due diligence process.
