Lexence has assisted HC Partners in its partnership with Dakdekkersbedrijf Peter Ummels B.V.
HC Partners has entered into a strategic partnership with Dakdekkersbedrijf Peter Ummels B.V., a leading roofing company based in South Limburg and a specialist in both sloping and flat roofs. Earlier this year, HC Partners entered into a strategic partnership with West Friesland Dakbedekkingen and Verbidak. HC Partners’ aim is to work towards a platform with national coverage, maintaining the regional character of each company within the group while cooperation with the other roofers within the group offers new opportunities to enable further growth.
