Lexence has advised De Jong & Laan on its intended partnership with CROP.
De Jong & Laan and CROP intend to join forces to strengthen their nationwide position. By combining expertise, networks and capacity, they aim to broaden and deepen their services for clients, while simultaneously increasing their geographical coverage and execution power—subject to approval by the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).
The Lexence team consisted of: Kevin Beukeveld, Thijs Verstraten, Wouter Koppejan and Lucas Stuurop.
