Lexence has assisted HC Partners in relation to its partnership with Holst Dakbedekkingen.
HC Partners has entered into a strategic partnership with Holst Dakbedekkingen, an established specialist in bitumen roofing solutions, based in northern Roden.
Following previous collaborations with West Friesland Dakbedekkingen B.V., Verbidak B.V., Dakdekkersbedrijf Peter Ummels B.V. and Hoekdak B.V., Holst’s entry marks another important step in the further growth of HC Partners’ activities within the roofing sector. Together, the partners will continue to work on building a group of high-quality roofers, where local commitment, craftsmanship and continuity are paramount.
