Lexence has advised XPartners on the acquisition of a majority stake in RYSE B.V.
XPartners Netherlands Holding has acquired a majority stake in RYSE B.V., a Dutch multidisciplinary consultancy and project management firm specialising in real estate and area development. With this transaction, XPartners Group completes its first acquisition in the Netherlands and takes a strategic step beyond the Nordics. RYSE, founded in 2013 and with offices in Utrecht and Groningen, will continue to operate under its own name and as an independent business.
The combination enables RYSE to accelerate its growth ambitions within a European platform, while XPartners views RYSE as the foundation for further expansion in the Netherlands in the fields of real estate and project development.
