Lexence has advised Sofindev and Altenova Group on the strategic acquisition of A+ Beveiliging
Lexence has supported Sofindev and Altenova Group throughout the entire acquisition process, including transaction structuring, the execution and coordination of legal due diligence, and the negotiation and documentation of the transaction.
With the acquisition of A+ Beveiliging by its portfolio company Altenova Group, Sofindev has taken another strategic step in building a leading European platform in fire safety and security technology. As the eighth add-on acquisition since Sofindev’s investment, Altenova further strengthens its position in the Netherlands—particularly in the Randstad—while expanding its technical expertise and knowledge of local regulations.
The deal required careful alignment of commercial ambitions, technical specialisations and local regulatory requirements.
