Lexence advised Active Capital Company on its investment in S[&]T Corporation
S[&]T Corporation, a leading Dutch company specialising in spatial data analysis, defence and Earth observation technologies, has secured a majority investment from Active Capital Company.
Active Capital Company focuses on investments in ambitious, technology-driven European companies and will use its operational expertise and financial strength to reinforce S[&]T’s strategic growth course. Active Capital Company’s investment will enable S[&]T to transition to a scalable, product-focused growth model, increasing the reliability of production processes and enhancing the strategic autonomy of European defence organisations in the domains of space, land operations and maritime security.
