PCI Nederland acquired CB Groep

February 16, 2017 – Digital work specialist PCI Nederland has acquired CB Groep, a full-service partner for office automation. The takeover involves CB Groep’s printing and supplies arm. With the purchase of CB Groep, PCI realizes turnover growth of thirteen million euros. The takeover follows on earlier takeovers by PCI, of industry colleague Dantuma in 2015 and Leferink Document Works in 2016. Lexence assisted the buyers with the acquisition of CB Groep Holding B.V.
