August 12, 2021 – Lexence has assisted H2 Equity Partners with its acquisition of a majority position in Pluto Sport Europe B.V., a fast-growing, pure online retailer of sports and athleisure footwear, apparel and accessories. Pluto Sport Europe B.V. sells a wide range of products in sports and athleisure through both its own websites in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France as well as through market places in Europe.
