Lexence has assisted imec.xpand (as lead investor), together with Invest-NL, RSBG Ventures and Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij (BOM) in their participation in SCIL-Nanoimprint B.V. This crucial investment also marks the establishment of SCIL-Nanoimprint B.V. as a spin-out from Philips. SCIL focuses on advancing solutions that enable high-tech industries to realise smaller, more efficient photonic and electronic devices. SCIL will use the investment to accelerate the global rollout of their pioneering nano-manufacturing equipment and materials.
