Directors’ liability chronicle 2023: permanent, even in special cases
Mukesh Hoeba, Shanice Stephenson, and Timo Jansen authored the ‘Kroniek Bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid 2023’, which is featured in the ‘Geschriften vanwege de Vereniging Corporate Litigation’. In this chronicle, they review a carefully selected range of case law concerning directors’ liability. They observe, among other things, that the established case law of the Dutch Supreme Court is generally adhered to, even in exceptional cases.
