About Anneke

Anneke Nijk advises and litigates in the field of employment law. She is frequently involved in issues relating to, inter alia, dismissal law, reorganisations, (collective) terms of employment, occupational disability and employee participation. She often assists (national and international) employers, directors and works councils.

Anneke regularly publishes on employment law topics (including on logistiek.nl), speaks in podcasts and has been hosting employment law lunch seminars for the members of Evofenedex (knowledge hub for trade and logistics) for many years. She is a member of the Netherlands Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN).

Anneke joined Lexence in 2011, where she started after being sworn in as a lawyer. She completed Dutch law (civil and corporate law) at the University of Groningen and studied for a semester at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. In addition, she completed the Postgraduate Specialisation Course in Employment Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam (2017) and Business Administration for Lawyers at Nyenrode Business University (2023).
