Netcompany acquires QDelft

May 28, 2019 – In pursuit of building a Northern European market leader within IT services, Netcompany acquired the Dutch company QDelft. QDelft is an IT services company focusing on delivering complex and business critical solutions within the public sector in the Netherlands. Lexence has advised Netcompany with the acquisition.

About QDelft

QDelft is a leading Dutch IT-development and consultancy company. The company was founded in 1996 and was recently part of the top 250 fastest growing companies in the Netherlands. The company employs 105 employees that all operate from its office in Delft.

About Netcompany

With the acquisition of QDelft, Netcompany gets access to the highly interesting Dutch market which has many similarities to the Danish market, but being three times larger. Netcompany was founded in 2000 and the headquarter is located in Copenhagen. The company delivers business-critical IT solutions, which supports their customers in achieving significant digital advantages.
