Lexence starts the year with two new partners

January 5, 2021 – Lexence has started 2021 with two new partners: Kevin Beukeveld (corporate law) and Lucas Stuurop (employment law).

Kevin Beukeveld is a corporate transactions specialist, advising Dutch and international companies on the wide-ranging issues that arise in M&A and private equity transactions.

Kevin is founder of the Young M&A Community, a platform for M&A, corporate finance and private equity professionals aged 35 and under. He is also a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

Lucas Stuurop specializes in corporate employment law. His practice is therefore closely intertwined with Lexence’s M&A transaction practice, in which he advises on all employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Lucas runs an independent employment law practice that operates at the interface with corporate law, where he acts for both Dutch and international companies and corporates. Lucas litigates and advises in areas such as individual and collective dismissal law, competition, transfer of undertaking, reorganisations, employee participation and the legal position of statutory directors.
