Lexence has advised Your.Cloud on the acquisition of INDITO. Your.Cloud, a fast-growing Managed Service Provider in the Netherlands, is strengthening its position in the MSP market with this acquisition.

INDITO, based in Deventer, is a modern workplace specialist supporting organisations in the areas of cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 workplaces, workflow optimisation and communication solutions. Through this acquisition, Your.Cloud further expands its activities and expertise across both the SME and large corporate segments.
