March 25, 2022 – Lexence has advised the shareholders of Danser Group B.V. (Danser Group) with the sale of its shares in Danser Group to Blue Ocean Capital. Danser Group (incorporated in 1982) is active within North-Western Europe and offers a wide range of multimodal logistic solutions such as, barge, rail, truck en project services. Danser Group transports shipments from the ports in Rotterdam and Antwerp to various inlandterminals such as Stuttgart, Strassburg, Neurenberg and München. During 2021, Danser Group transported more than 1.6 million TEU cargo.
Blue Ocean Capital is an investment fund focussen on transportation infrastructure and logistic real estate.
