Lexence has advised Hearing Investment B.V. on the sale of IntoEars Holding B.V. to Oorwerk B.V.

Oorwerk B.V. has acquired IntoEars Holding B.V. from Hearing Investment B.V. With this acquisition, WSA Retail—an international provider of hearing care active in more than 130 markets and the group behind Oorwerk B.V.—takes a further step in expanding its activities and presence in the Benelux.

Lexence acted as legal advisor to Hearing Investment B.V. throughout the entire sale process.
