Mérieux NutriSciences a global leader in food safety, has acquired Blonk, a leading international expert in food system sustainability. Blonk supports organizations to better understand their environmental impact in the agri-food value chain through LCA-based advice (Life Cycle Assessment) and the development of tailor-made software tools based on the latest scientific developments and data.
