Lexence has assisted Hartman Holding B.V. in the sale of shares in Hartman Beheer B.V. to Primever. With this transaction, Hartman Holding and Primever seek joint control over Hartman Beheer, for which a merger notification has been filed with the ACM.
Lexence’s team consisted of: Mathijs van Doormalen, Wouter Kok, Jacob Goeman Borgesius, Esther van der Meulen en Lorenzo Eleveld.
