Lexence advised the sellers with the sale of Ecare to Visma
May 19, 2021 – Lexence assisted the sellers with the sale of Ecare to Visma. With this strategic takeover, Visma is now also taking concrete steps in the primary care process, creating a unique position in the Dutch care market.
Founded in 2007, Ecare develops, sells and supports smart and simple software solutions and services for healthcare. Its flagship product is PUUR, a fully Electronic Client File with standardized and process-following workplaces for district nursing, nursing home care and care for the disabled. Plein and Shared services enable healthcare professionals to be facilitated by a smart organization and IT policy, which leads to quality improvement and working more efficiently.
