Travel organization Otravo takes over dé VakantieDiscounter

3 March, 2017 – Otravo, the parent company of, among others, WTC.nl and Vliegtickets.nl, acquired dé VakantieDiscounter. With this strategic acquisition, Otravo reinforces its position as biggest online travel provider in the Benelux and Scandinavia. The acquisition of dé VakantieDiscounter adds more than € 100 million in revenue for the Otravo group, boosting the group’s revenue to almost € 600 million. Lexence advised Otravo on the acquisition of dé VakantieDiscounter.
