Lexence advised Röko AB on the purchase of 85% of the shares in Baymax B.V.
Lexence has assisted Röko AB in its acquisition of Dutch company Baymax B.V., the holding company of Siderius Zeepfabriek B.V. and its subsidiaries. Siderius is a manufacturer of cleaning and soap products. The company’s origins date back to the introduction of Ossengal Soap 150 years ago and the company has been owned by its current director, Bas Korswagen, since 2004.
