Lexence advised Blink/JAJO on its acquisition of Realconomy Development.
Construction group JAJO acquired area developer Realconomy Development in July 2025. This strategic acquisition is in line with JAJO’s growth strategy and as a result JAJO will mean even more in the South-West Netherlands region including the Rotterdam region.
Founded in 2016, Realconomy is known for its integrated approach to socio-economic and spatial area development. The company develops projects at the intersection of public and private, with a strong focus on sustainable urban transformation.
With this acquisition, JAJO expands its expertise in urban development and sustainability. JAJO will have 34 independent companies after the acquisition.
