January 2, 2017 – Cognizant has signed an agreement for the takeover of Mirabeau, a Dutch agency for digital marketing and customer experience. With this acquisition, Cognizant significantly expands its expertise in the area of digital marketing in Europe. Lexence has assisted the shareholders in the sale of Mirabeau Holding, the holding company of Mirabeau, to Cognizant.
