Increase in cross-border restructuring of companies
April 11, 2017 – Lexence sees an increase in activity relating to cross-border restructuring of companies. Over the past six months, Lexence has assisted clients with:
- the legal merger between a Dutch N.V. and a Belgian N.V. (outbound);
- the legal merger between a Belgian N.V. and a Dutch B.V. (inbound);
- the conversion of a Dutch B.V. into a Maltese Kumpanija ta’ Responsabilita limitata;
- the conversion of a Dutch B.V. into a Luxembourg Sàrl; and
- the transfer of the registered office of an European SE from the Netherlands to the Czech Republic.
