ALT Technologies welcomes new major shareholder

March 29, 2017 – The Dutch business ALT Technologies has secured a new major shareholder. Lexence assisted the former major shareholder Standard Investment with the sale of its majority interest to the Flemish investment company Gimy. ALT Technologies specializes in the development and production of covers and wraps for airbag systems, and in recent years has become a global market leader.
