About Naomi Reijn
Naomi Reijn advises companies, institutions and individuals on a broad range of employment matters, from dismissals, reorganizations and contact with works councils to remuneration and incentive matters, including as part of a social plan. Naomi finished writing a PhD at the Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen on the cross-over of Dutch employment and company law.
Naomi has joined Lexence per September 2025 after over eleven years of experience as part of the employment and benefits team of Allen & Overy Shearman. She studied law in Leiden (cum laude) and was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2014.
