About Michelle
Michelle Rijnen is involved in all aspects of Employment Law. She represents and advises (inter)national clients, in various Employment Law matters, including reorganisations, dismissal cases, reintegration and disputes over non-compete clauses.
Michelle has been working at Lexence since 2023. She obtained a master’s degree in Law with specialisations in Private Law and Employment law (cum laude) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Michelle was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2024.
