Christiaan van der Velde

Christiaan van der Velde specialises in corporate law, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions. He assists national and international companies and private equity investors with complex transactions, joint ventures and restructurings. In addition, he advises on a wide range of corporate law matters, including corporate governance.

Christiaan has been with Lexence since 2025. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law and his master’s degree in Commercial Legal Practice (Private Law) at the University of Amsterdam.
