Béatrice Meulen

Béatrice Meulen specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice. She advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and various corporate law issues.

Béatrice has been with Lexence since 2025. Prior to that, she worked as a lawyer in the Corporate & M&A practice at a leading international law firm, where she gained extensive experience with cross-border transactions and complex corporate structures. She received a bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law in 2020 and a master’s degree in Corporate Law (cum laude) in 2021, both from Leiden University. During her bachelor’s degree, Béatrice spent a semester at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Béatrice also received a master’s degree in International Business Law from King’s College London in 2022. Béatrice was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2022.
