Lexence acted as legal advisor to the shareholders of Returnista Holding B.V. during the acquisition. Returnista, the Amsterdam-based software company that helps e-commerce companies automate and make their return processes more sustainable, has been acquired by Katapull, provider of integrated e-commerce solutions. Joining this broader software group gives Returnista access to a complete end-to-end platform for order, fulfilment, returns and data flows, allowing the company to further scale up and strengthen its solution within a future-proof e-commerce ecosystem.
