About Wouter
Wouter Kok is a lawyer specialising in Corporate/M&A, with extensive experience in private equity and venture capital transactions. He advises national and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, investments, and a wide range of corporate law matters. Known for his pragmatic approach and in-depth legal expertise, Wouter helps businesses achieve strategic growth and navigate complex deals.
Wouter has been with Lexence since 2025. He previously worked at Lexence from 2014 to 2020 and as from 2020 he worked at an international law firm. He obtained his Master’s degree in Civil Law & Corporate Law from Leiden University in 2013 and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in May 2014. In addition, Wouter completed the Mergers & Acquisitions programme at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2021.
