About Koen
Koen Andel specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice. He advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and various corporate law issues.
Koen has been with Lexence since 2025. He received a master’s degree in corporate law and a master’s degree international business administration from the Radboud University Nijmegen. Koen was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2023. Before joining Lexence, Koen worked as a lawyer in the Corporate & M&A practice and the Litigation practice at a leading international law firm.
