Lexence is acting as legal advisor to Techone’s management team, guiding them throughout the transaction process, including the negotiation and structuring of the partnership with KKR.
Techone, a market leader in managed services for Dutch SMEs, announces a strategic partnership with KKR, a leading global investment company. KKR acquires the majority stake of Nedvest. This marks the culmination of a six-year partnership in which Nedvest has supported Techone in its transformation into the leading managed service provider (MSP) in the Netherlands of digital workplace solutions for SMEs. The strategic partnership with KKR allows Techone to accelerate its growth, expand its service offering and explore new opportunities abroad, both organically and through targeted acquisitions. The partnership provides additional resources and international expertise, boosting strategy execution and expanding Techone’s leadership position.
