Invesco Real Estate acquires 172 flats in new Zaandam residential area
Invesco Real Estate has acquired a residential complex with 172 flats in the Houthavenkade project in Zaandam. The acquisition is part of a forward funding structure that will be completed by the end of 2025.
The complex was acquired on behalf of Invesco Real Estate’s European Living Fund. The vendor and developer is a joint venture of Porten Development and Ten Brinke. Ten Brinke and Porten Development were advised by Bart Steeghs of Lexence.
