Stijn Gras specialises in corporate law. He advises both national and international clients on complex restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate law–related matters.
Stijn has been with Lexence since 2026. He obtained his master’s in Corporate Law at the Leiden University in 2025.
