About Esmée
Esmée Heini specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice. She advises both national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and various corporate law issues.
Esmée has been with Lexence since 2025. She received her bachelor’s degree in law from Utrecht University and her master’s degree in Private law: Commercial law from the University of Amsterdam.
