Partnership with the Royal Dutch Rowing Federation
Royal Dutch Rowing Federation
From January 2026, Lexence has been an official partner of the Royal Dutch Rowing Federation (KNRB). Together we support the Talent Development Programme: a pathway that guides young rowing talents on their journey to national elite level.
Elite Sport and Teamwork
Rowing and working at Lexence have much in common. In both, collaboration in small, close-knit teams plays a central role, where everyone has an important part to play. You learn from each other, trust one another, and work together towards the best possible outcome. That’s something we recognise at Lexence: from day one you are part of the team.
Being a lawyer or civil law notary requires sharpness, focus, and the ability to keep developing. At Lexence, we continuously invest in knowledge, growth, and engagement. The energy and team spirit of the rowing community inspires us to remain connected and work together effectively.
Vitality and Connection
Our collaboration with the KNRB reflects how we work at Lexence: in small teams, personally committed, with short lines of communication and always focused on clear results. For us, it’s about clarity, dedication, and moving forward together. Through joint clinics, events, and inspirational sessions, we get both colleagues and relations active — on the water and within our office.
“We see ourselves in the mentality of the KNRB. Their focus on development and teamwork aligns with the way we work. Rowing shows what you can achieve together when everyone takes responsibility and can rely on one another. That is exactly what drives us at Lexence.” — Wendy de Ruiter-Lörx, Managing Partner at Lexence
For the KNRB, the support from Lexence is of great value:
“To structurally guide talents towards the top, long-term and engaged support is essential. Lexence shares our vision on development and performance, and together we can prepare our athletes even better for their future — both within and outside sport,” says Nicolien Nicolai, General Director of the KNRB.
