About Tessa
Tessa Dobbelaar deals with all aspects of employment law. She advises clients in all kinds of employment law matters, including dismissals, reorganisations, sickness, flexible work relationships and employee representation.
Tessa has been with Lexence since 2026. She received her master’s in Corporate Law, specialising in Employment Law, at the University of Utrecht. Tessa was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2026.
