About Sylva
Sylva Khudoyan specialises in all aspects of Employment Law. She represents and advises (inter)national clients in a variety of employment law matters, such as reorganisations, individual dismissal cases, incapacity for work, disputes on competition clauses and co-determination.
Sylva joined Lexence in 2026. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2024 and her Master’s degree in Labour Law from Leiden University in 2025. In addition to her studies, she was a student assistant at Leiden University in 2023/2024 and completed a board year as chair of the Student and Practice Foundation. Sylva was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2026.
