About Vibeke
Vibeke Deelen is a member of Lexence’s corporate transactions team and advises national and international companies on a variety of corporate law issues. Her focus is on private equity, venture capital and M&A transactions.
Vibeke has been with Lexence since 2018. She received a master’s degree in financial law from Leiden Universityin early 2018 and a bachelor’s degree in law from Utrecht University in 2016.
