Max de Vreede

Max de Vreede specialises in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions and advises both Dutch and international companies. Max has also extensive experience in financing transactions including leveraged and acquisition finance.

Max has been with Lexence since 2018. Max has completed various courses at the Loan Market Association in London. In 2017 he received a master’s degree in private law (commercial practice) from the University of Amsterdam. Within this master’s programme, he pursued the specialisation track in corporate and commercial law and financial law. Max was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2018.
