About Luca
Luca Lavranos specialises in corporate law. The Corporate/M&A team where Luca works provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, and various forms of strategic collaborations.
Luca has been working at Lexence since 2023. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree and his Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Leiden University.
