About Jan-Willem
Jan-Willem Raadgever specialises in real estate development, construction law and tender law. He advises developers, contractors and investors on all aspects of real estate development (including transactions) and construction on large-scale and complex developments. He also advises clients from various jurisdictions on litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Jan-Willem is guest lecturer at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. He publishes regularly and is editor of the journal on Vastgoedcontracten (contracts in real estate) where he is responsible for prototype contracts with architects, advisors and contractors. He is a member of Vereniging voor Bouwrecht (Construction Law Association) and of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Aanbestedingsrecht (Tender Law Association). Jan-Willem is fluent in German and English.
Jan-Willem received his master’s degree at Utrecht University in law with a dual major (corporate law and social and economic law). He also completed the postgraduate studies in real estate at Grotius Academy.
