Mark Keuss heeft ruime ervaring in het arbeidsrecht. Hij is gespecialiseerd in reorganisaties en fraudeonderzoeken. Tevens adviseert Mark zowel profit als non-profit organisaties (ziekenhuizen, scholen, e.d.) over herstructureringen, medezeggenschapsaangelegenheden, sociale zekerheid, maatschapsovereenkomsten en geschillen met de inspectie.
 
Mark doceert regelmatig op het gebied van het arbeidsrecht aan diverse opleidingsinstellingen, onder andere de Rotterdam School of Management. Ook was hij gastdocent arbeidsrecht aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen en doceert hij thans de gecombineerde master arbeidsrecht van de VU en de UVA.
 
Mark is sinds 2006 verbonden aan Lexence. Hij studeerde Nederlands recht aan de Universiteit Utrecht en volgde de postacademische leergang Arbeidsrecht aan de Erasmus Universiteit. Mark is in 1989 beëdigd als advocaat.
