CURRICULUM VITAE

René Rietbroek has been working in the notarial field since 1968. After working for firms in Leiden and Noordwijk, René spent 16.5 years at the property notary firm of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. Following an interim period of two years in the property practice of Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn, René joined the Lexence Real Estate practice in 2002. René’s areas of expertise are commercial property development, the redevelopment of town centres and shopping centres, complex divisions of rights in apartment blocks, ownership issues relating to integrated constructions (both above ground and underground), investment transactions and VAT and transfer tax aspects relating to both existing buildings and new buildings.
