CURRICULUM VITAE




After he graduated from Utrecht University, Luc Sturm joined Andersen Legal. He worked with Baker & McKenzie in Amsterdam and with STvB in Amsterdam and Curaçao before he joined Lexence in 2008. Luc works for the notarial corporate law team and specializes in Dutch and Antilles company law. Mergers and takeovers, contracts, joint ventures, restructuring, venture capital and private equity are points of particular interest to him. In 2010 Luc was appointed partner at Lexence.
